Strength Training Made Simple for Perimenopausal Women

Personalised strength training that fits your life, builds genuine confidence, and helps you feel like yourself again - so you can step into your 50s, 60s and beyond feeling strong and capable.

Your Body Has Changed, and what used to work...doesn't work anymore

You know you should be exercising, dropping a few pounds, and eating better, but you just can't seem to find the energy. Perimenopause is a rollercoaster. You can be motivated one minute and have zero willpower the next. It's easy to feel like you're fighting against a rising tide, especially when you're juggling countless responsibilities and everyone else needs a piece of you.

  • You feel more tired and less strong
  • Your body doesn't respond like it used to
  • You're aware of muscle and bone loss in the background
  • You keep putting yourself last

You don't need to try harder. You need a better approach, tailored to real life.

When the plan fits your life, progress becomes so much easier.

Let’s make this simple.

This Is Not About Doing More. It's About Doing What Works

You already have enough to juggle.

Strength training should give you energy, not take it away.

It should create headspace, not add stress to your day.

This is about supporting your life, not competing with it.

You deserve something that feels manageable.

You Deserve to Feel Strong Again

To wake up rested, and to move with ease. Imagine looking ahead to the next decade knowing your body is reliable, sturdy, and ready for whatever you want to do.

Start with a simple plan that works for your life.

A Simple Path to Strength and Confidence

1. Start With Where You Are

We begin with a lifestyle audit to understand your energy, experience, and what you actually enjoy.

2. Follow a Clear Plan

You get a structured programme that removes all guesswork and fits into the time you actually have.

3. Build Strength Gradually

We progress at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable, building muscle and protecting your bone density.

4. Feel the Difference

More energy, more confidence, and a body you can trust again for the long haul.

Small steps, done consistently, create lasting change.
You just need to start.

I Understand What You're Going Through

I've worked with women in this stage of life for over 15 years, helping them reclaim their strength, confidence, energy and identity.

But more importantly, I've lived this myself.

Early menopause at 30. A 5 stone weight gain.  Feeling like a stranger in my own body, and being diagnosed with osteopenia.

But, I rebuilt my body through strength training, reversed the osteopenia, and I'm stronger now than I ever was before.

Now I help other women do the same in a way that feels simple and achievable.

I can't promise to take you back to who you used to be, but I can  help you feel better, find your energy again and embrace who you are now, one step at a time.

You don't need to figure this out alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long am I tied in for?
You're not! I ask you to have a mindset of at least 3 months so we can build sustainable habits, but you are free to leave at any time.

In reality, most of my clients stick with this for 9-12 months, but I don't believe you should need a coach forever.  Once you've reached your goals and moved to a maintenance phase, you can downgrade to Strength Essentials.

What if I don't have much time?
Everything is adapted to the time you have available. I have clients who do 2-3 x 20-minute sessions per week, and others who train for 45-60 minutes. We'll decide together what's most realistic for you.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. If you have one, great. If you decide to work out at home, you can start without equipment, though eventually, you will need some dumbbells and resistance bands to make optimal progress.

Is this safe if I have injuries?
Yes. As your coach, it's my job to write a programme that suits your needs and works around any injuries. Everything can be adapted.

How much does it cost?

As an in-person PT, I charged £100 per week for 2 workouts (around £400 per month). But my 1:1 online coaching gives you all the training, nutrition, accountability, and support for just £149/month.

When you are ready, the next step is simple.

The Longer You Wait, The Harder It Becomes

Strength and bone density don't maintain themselves.

Start now, put yourself on your own list, and invest in your future self.
